The Flat Belly Diaries – Week 1

This Flat Belly Workout from is my jump start to fab abs.  The plan is to start or finish every workout with this 9-piece abs circuit. It’s all laid out, no need to think about what to do and most importantly high variety so low chance of boredom. I’m not sure how star jumps or squats are going to tone my abs; but, apparently, it seems they are both good at a), burning fat, so shaving off that layer that hides the 6-pack and b), working your core: the abdominals and back muscles making them flatter (abs) and stronger (back).


So here goes: Week 1 starts… tomorrow! And to kick off the proceedings, to remind me of exactly why I am doing this, putting my reputation on the line: ‘The Before Shot’:
